The HOA appointed a volunteer who could tell future. That volunteer was so confident that he predicted to the homeowners that the proposed change and additional assessment will go through without residents’ vote.
The volunteer was an intimidating bully. He was bullying people to vote in-favor. Those who were choosing not to vote, received intimidating and bully response. There was no volunteer from the opposite side.
