Every residents’ objective is to keep our community beautiful. Let’s do that with a minimally intrusive and widely accepted solution. We can do the following:
- New rules: The HOA can pass the rules that residents MUST maintain their front yard, and HOA will have the right to fix an unmaintained yard at homeowner’s expanses.
- Better price better contractors: Those who want to hire a contractor at the current assessment or a lower price, they can send an email to contact@unfairhoa.org to get contractor names who will provide better service at a better price. Some people are paying $1000 to maintain their lawn and that price was a motivator for them to start this motion. We can help them get a better service at a lower price than the current assessment.
- My yard my creative way: Those who want to maintain their own yard, will also have the liberty to do so.
We all will get beautiful and diverse looking Fairways yards at a price that works for everyone.
