Every residents’ objective is to keep our community beautiful. Let’s do that with a minimally intrusive and widely accepted solution. We can do the following:

  1. New rules: The HOA can pass the rules that residents MUST maintain their front yard, and HOA will have the right to fix an unmaintained yard at homeowner’s expanses.
  2. Better price better contractors: Those who want to hire a contractor at the current assessment or a lower price, they can send an email to  contact@unfairhoa.org to get contractor names who will provide better service at a better price. Some people are paying $1000 to maintain their lawn and that price was a motivator for them to start this motion. We can help them get a better service at a lower price than the current assessment.
  3. My yard my creative way: Those who want to maintain their own yard, will also have the liberty to do so.

We all will get beautiful and diverse looking Fairways yards at a price that works for everyone.
