This service is more than double what Toll Brothers quoted a few years ago. The current contractor is providing poor services and does not listen to complaints. Recently they did not seed the yards. They aerated some areas and did not aerate some. The HOA needs to question the higher price. The HOA needs to do full research and go for vendor quotes. The HOA needs to share the service details with the residents like what is included and what is not included.
