We are calling all Belmont residents for their support to ask the Belmont HOA to cancel the recent 18% monthly assessment increase that was imposed using a non-democratic voting procedure. The current increase is double the price of the first failed attempt a few years ago.
We also want to keep Belmont beautiful and there are other ways to do so. We are proposing this for keeping our community beautiful. If the HOA can impose an assessment or a rule using its powers and by not using the fair voting, the HOA can repeat that in future. The same assessment is already in-place in other Belmont villages, where front yards are being maintained by a common contractor.
Let’s stand together as a community and help fellow residents and the HOA to resolve this issue with mutual agreement without compromising the beauty of our community.
The HOA has been working great, and we hope that the HOA will fix this issue soon eliminating all conflicts. We will need support and help of other Belmont residents.
