    1. I am a Belmont Resident and I ask the board and the Belmont Country Club HOA to cancel the recently passed Fairways Ground Assessment. If the HOA still wants to bring this rule, run this process democratically and involve both the sides. The process must be transparent, follow all HOA rules, provide equal opportunities to both sides, and use a fair, transparent & secured voting system. The HOA must get a new quote and ask the vendor question why its quote is double the price of Toll’s previous quote.
