We live in a democratic community where decisions must be transparent, unbiased, and involve all residents. We blame no one but we strongly believe that a democratically elected HOA must respect democracy and ensure that democracy prevails.
We believe that the decision to reach current additional assessment was reached in a haste and used a non-democratic process/approach. We are asking HOA to either cancel the assessment or use a democratic process involving both the sides and re-do the voting using unbiased voting procedure and secured system.
