Every residents’ objective is to keep our community beautiful. Let’s do that with a minimally intrusive and widely accepted solution.

  1. New rules: The HOA can pass the rules that residents MUST maintain their front yard, and the HOA will have the right to fix an unmaintained yard at homeowner’s expanses.
  2. Better price better contractors: Those who want to hire a contractor at the current assessment or a lower price, they can send an email to  contact@unfairhoa.org to get contractor names who will provide better service at a better price.
  3. My yard my creative way: Those who want to maintain their own yard, will also have the liberty to do so.

Fairways villages will get beautiful and diverse looking yards at a price that works for everyone.
