Residents encountered a bully who was gathering residents’ signatures. That bully person declared that regardless of residents’ votes this proposal would be approved. Democratic voting is transparent, without any pressure, without any force, without any bullying, without any threat, and without any prediction. In a democracy both parties are given equal opportunities. US Government would not send a bully rep of any party to collect ballots from residents ensuring that those ballots are in his/her favor. This is not a US government election but still the same procedures must be followed for the legitimacy of the election and giving fair chance to both the parties.
